The opening programme of songs features international singers Roderick Williams, Anna Dennis, Marta Fontanals-Simmons and Daniel Norman, with Oxford Lieder’s artistic director, Sholto Kynoch at the piano. Several of the songs feature animations by the film’s director, Jeremy Hamway-Bidgood, who has previously collaborated with Norman and Kynoch on the YouTube smash hit Erlkönig, and the award winning film, On Wenlock Edge. For two of the songs, the ensemble is joined by Norman’s son, Wilfred.
